What do you do when you get in class?
You put your backpack under your desk, get out your homework, communication notebook on the teachers desk, and get ready for class.
What do you when you walk to the class or the playground?
You walk quietly and in a straight line.
How can I be responsible?
Bring the materials you need.
Complete your work.
Take care of your belongings and school property.
Follow instructions the first time.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns, talking, and sharing.
What do you do to help others be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask you partner and group. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
How do I play during breaktime?
I play nicely. No pushing, fighting, or rough play
Where should 4th grade students play during recess?
They need to play only in the designated areas.
How many people is considered a group?
2 or more people.
How do students respect other students' properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
How do we walk in the hallway?
quietly, no skipping spaces, walking not running
If there is a problem while we are in the playground
Try to solve small problems calmly. If someone is hurt, being bullied, or there's a serious problem, tell the teacher immediately.
How do you get detention?
You will be given detention if you disrespect your teachers, you classmates, if you are not following the rules to think about what you have done wrong.
What are the roles for each member?
Monitor, Material person, Timer, Reporter, Recorder.
What kind of food can students have in class?
Water. (unless the teacher allows you to eat)
How can I leave my seat?
With the chair pushed into the desk. My desk should be clean, and all my books should be inside my bag.
If I saw someone throwing trash on the ground, what do I do?
Politely tell them to use a trashcan because we need to keep our space clean.
How do students get sent to the principal's office?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and disobeying the teacher.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.

Stand up, greet the teacher, sit down, and get our books out
When the bell rings, what should you do?
I should stop what I'm doing, clean up my area, and line up calmly.

You can't unless you ask the teacher
