How does someone enroll in the payment plan and how much does it cost?
There is a $35 enrollment fee. They need enroll through Workday and complete their terms & conditions for it to be finalized.
Someone calls about having a hold on their account and they want to switch classes. What do you do?
Holds are automatically removed if they pay off their balance. If they have funds on the way, they can message us with proof that payment is in transit. Otherwise, they would need to complete a Hold Removal Application which is a one-time courtesy.
A student can just email, and a hold will be removed from the account.
Not entirely true. They can email and ask for a hold to be removed. It is not a guarantee and can only be removed if they can prove funds are actively on the way to Bentley.
