What is Objectivity, Speed, and Thoroughness?
This is the length of time, from investigation assignment, that it is expected for a CI to complete all initial interviews.
What is ten days?
This is what you call it when a CI needs to adjust their investigation process from standard practices, such as not interviewing the victim first, not conducting and interview in person, or not visiting the scene.
What is a deviation?
This piece of evidence records each dispensing and applying of the correct prescription, person, route, dose, and time.
What is MAR (Medication Administration Record)?
This category of evidence was previously used to identify evidence that represented physical items, locations, or actions that could not be collected. Such as diagrams of scenes, photos of bruises, or x-rays of injury.
Hint:This category has since been combined with the 'physical evidence' in Temple's CI training.
What is Demonstrative Evidence?
What happened to [insert name of victim] at [insert general location of incident, if known] on [insert date of incident, if known]? Is the proper format of this step.
The investigatory Question?
CI can be reassured of confidentiality, obtaining timely witness statements, and no outside influence on witness if this type of interview is completed.
What is In-Person Interview?
"Plan of attack", the approach that a CI plans to take to navigate the investigation.

This record would reflect everyone that worked in a program during the time of an incident.
