Why do we keep our voices off?
So that we aren't distracting any of the students in their classrooms or in other small groups. To show respect

Participate, focus, keep our eyes on our papers, pencils moving

By participating, by being on task, by following our rules and expectaions
What do we do when we get into the classroom?
We walk in with our voices off and sit at our seats with our eyes on the board and wait for Ms. Ariana to bring out the Check-In box
