No, take your stuff with you whenever you get up.
What are some topics I can talk about with new people I’m meeting?
Examples: you can talk about your interests, if you go to school or work, you can talk about what you did over the summer, anything new you’ve done, things that are happening at the event that you are at.
Tip: make sure that you ask the person questions too.
If we need a break what can we do?
Tell your staff that you need a break, how long of a break that you want and what you want to do for your break.
What should I bring with me to keep my hands clean if I can’t wash my hands right away ?
Hand sanitizer.
What words can we use to be polite to others?
Please, excuse me, thank you, you’re welcome.

Accept that things don’t always go according to plan. Take some deep breaths and see what else you can do. Talk with your com hab staff.
If someone talks to me while I’m eating what should I do?
Finish chewing, swallow and tell them I’m eating can we please talk later?

No, try to make eye contact. Listen to what they are saying and respond.
If the food isn’t ready when I want it to be ready what should I do?
You can bring a snack from home or have a snack from the party. Remember to be patient.
Is it safe to walk while looking at my phone?

Tell your com hab staff. Come up with a plan that could make you more comfortable.
