When a queue call or other inquiry comes in for a lead assigned to another recruiter, and they were not available to take the call. As a result, information was gathered and sent to the assigned recruiter to sent information and the application.
A licensed DC has an Acu lead in CRM in a Polyscope campaign (campaign where a provider can join for another specialty that falls under their scope of practice). When you call they explain the DC does not provide Acu services. What status reason would be used in this scenario? Why?

Ineligible - Licensure would not be used here because the provider does not hold an Acu license but rather do not provide Acu services that could fall under their scope of practice as a DC.
