The Special Order Catalogue application should be on the firearm’s kiosk. If it is not there at all, please contact Field Support. If it is there, but you cannot access it, please make sure you are using the correct username and password. The login and password is the store’s 4 digit store number, i.e. Store 100, login 0100, Password 0100. If the store is not set up for special order on the firearm’s kiosk, it needs to contact Ricky Stewart at ricky.stewart@sportssouth.biz and ask that he sets up the store.
If ACNT notes state invoice/shop isn’t verifiable, ACNT then will ask for more documents. What documents will they ask for ?
The review team will need a cash register receipt or a bank statement linking that
shop/business. When asking for a receipt, it must be a cash register receipt printed directly
from a cash register at the business - not handwritten, not typed, not from a receipt
booklet.

I'm at store 11 and I have an hourly associate that recently returned from LOA. I was wondering when this associate will reflect as active in My Walmart Schedule?
The associate appears in WPP the week after they return from LOA. Once the associate is active in the system again, you will be able to manually schedule your associate(s), and an auto schedule generates during the next schedule generation.
