The PEHA stands for Personnel and Equipment Holding Area. During JPMRC, the PEHA is where all the casualties from the fight will reside until they are reconstituted.

The purpose of JPMRC is to ensure that US and Allied Forces across the pacific are trained and ready to fight in the exact environments and conditions where they operate if they go to war. The PEHA serves as the holding area where Soldiers who becomes casualties during the fight are placed/kept until they are reconstituted.
