What is the Activity tab?
It's where we find emails and text messages sent to the candidate
What is the message tab?
The option you pick when an application is being managed by the store or has been Matched to the role.
What is Interview Scheduled?
A candidate response, "I can meet some but not all of the requirements of the options above" to the availability question. Upon checking, you see that their written availability matches store requirement. You chose this option.
What is additional review needed by TA due to availability?
The application is in a language other than English.
What is Rejected by Employer?
It is where you find Key Info, Candidate attachments, Employment history, Education, Personal information, address.
What is the Details tab?
It is the option we choose when screening questions are blank and you verify that the store moved the application to the position in the progress tab or see interactions from the store.
What is interview scheduled?
The option you pick when a candidate is outside of Stage for Calibration/Phone Screen to be completed, or the job req is filled/closed out already/already actioned out.
What is SKIP?
A candidate response, "I prefer not to work any of the weekend" for the weekend availability question.
What is Less than Ideal on Candidate's Availability?
The candidate answers prescreening question/HireVue recording saying something inappropriate.
What is Rejected by Employer? (Double points for mentioning - Observed behaviors did not support the skills and experience required for success).

What is the screening tab?
This category contains: Retail sales, Merchandising, Recovery, fulfillment, and Seasonal roles of the same kind.
What are entry level roles?
The option you pick when the availability is not aligned with the role or the candidate is not able to work around the holiday time frame.
What is TA Screened Not Selected?
The option you choose when a candidate response to the question, "Can you work from Nov 23 through Dec 24 weeks during the holiday times" is, "My availability does not match either of the two options listed above"
What is Less than Ideal on Candidate's Availability during the week of "Nov 23 through Dec 24 /holiday times"?
The action you take when the job req is filled/closed out already/already actioned out. (Bonus: Are interactions needed for this action?)
What is SKIP Candidate is in a state outside of Stage for Calibration/Phone Screen to be completed? Bonus: What is SKIP without interactions?

The option you choose when you see any of the following responses on the customer service question: "N/A," "I help the customer always," "I point them to the item," "I got a big tip for helping a customer."
