I have an Erie case who came in my queue with a 1/25/2022 test date. When I reached case, they advised me that they first tested positive on 1/4/2022. They have been having lingering breathing problems from COVID-19/asthma and visited the ER, where the 1/25/2022 test was positive. The ER told him he wasn't contagious. I am unable to locate any files in Commcare reflecting the 1/4/2022 test. What would be my next steps here?
