Create a PRO: Request from PX task and provide the customer with a 1-hour SLA.
If you process at CWOI and notice a discount being applied on the backend what action should you take
If you see this, please flag the prescription number in the #pro_questions Slack channel before moving forward. The eVoucher is not supposed to be applied in these cases, so the PRO team will need to create a FRIT to have it reviewed and removed.
After it’s been flagged, the prescription can be processed through the Ventegra Discount Card to avoid any delays for the customer.
What do we do when we receive a refill too soon rejection while processing with the Ventegra Discount Card
temporarily use a standard GoodRx coupon until the prescription is eligible to process through Ventegra again. GoodRx Gold coupons are still not accepted and should not be used as part of this temporary workaround.
NOTE: This is a temporary workaround. We do not currently have an ETA for a resolution. Our Contracting Team is aware of the issue and actively working on a fix. We will share an update once this has been resolved.
