MAL Synopsis
During their decade-long quest to defeat the Demon King, the members of the hero's party—Himmel himself, the alchemist Heiter, the dwarf warrior Eisen, and the elven mage Frieren—forge bonds through adventures and battles, creating unforgettable precious memories for most of them.

During Ichigo's rematch with Sixth Division captain Byakuya Kuchiki at Sōkyoku Hill, Ichigo is pushed into a corner, having been struck by Byakuya's Hadō #4. Byakurai. As Byakuya prepares to deliver the final blow and swings his sword down, Ichigo, possessed by Grand Fisher, catches it with his bare hand. Calling Ichigo a fool, Grand Fisher tells him that he can't allow him to die. When Ichigo looks up, a mask forms over the upper left half of his face, much to Byakuya's surprise. When Byakuya asks who he is, Grand Fisher states that he has no name and slashes Byakuya down his torso.
Um, Actually, Ichigo is possessed by Zangetsu not Grand Fisher.
Cid Kagenou learns to cure individuals warped and disfigured by Possession after experimenting on the body of a girl and inadvertently returning her to her original form. Each of the Seven Shadows later learn to do the same and use the process to recruit individuals into Shadow Garden.
Um, Actually, only Alpha and Epsilon are known to be able to cure the Possessed.
Path of Exile is an action roleplaying game using an isometric perspective that was officially released in Oct. of 2013. The game features twelve base classes exiled to Wraeclast for varying crimes by the High Templar Dominus. Players can customize their playstyle using any of the 292 skill gems that can be socketed into gear, not including the over 200 Transfigured variants or the corrupted Vaal versions of the skills. Additionally, players can outfit themselves with a wide variety of weapons and armor that come in the four possible rarities Normal, Magic, Rare, and Unique.
Um, Actually, Path of Exile only has 7 base classes.
In S1E21, titled Three Stories, Doctor House recounts the cases of three patients to a lecture hall of students. Each of the patients were experiencing leg pain and were faced with amputation. The first was a middle-aged farmer who had necrotizing fasciitis from a dog bite he tried to cover up, resulting in the loss of his leg and his dog when it had to be euthanized. The second was a young volleyball player who is initially believed to have tendonitis. However, through a thorough history conducted by Doctor Cameron, it is revealed that the patient has an adenoma in her leg that requires amputation, resulting in her losing her leg but saving her life. The third patient is a middle aged man exhibiting drug seeking behavior. He is dismissed by his doctors because of this and winds up dying from a clot in his leg.
Um, Actually, the third patient was House who is still alive.
As summer arrives for the students at UA Academy, each of these superheroes-in-training puts in their best efforts to become renowned heroes. They head off to a forest training camp run by UA's pro heroes, where the students face one another in battle and go through dangerous tests, improving their abilities and pushing past their limits. However, their school trip is suddenly turned upside down when the Meta Liberation Army arrives, invading the camp with a mission to capture one of the students.

Inherited Will is a core concept to the story of One Piece in which an individual carries on the will of the deceased. This can be seen with Sabo, who inherits Ace's will, Hody Jones, who inherits the will of Arlong, and Carrot, taking on the will of Pedro after he sacrifices himself for the Straw Hats.

Lastly, Victim is the guardian for the eighth floor.

Treasure Bags are a consumable item obtained from defeating any of the Terraria bosses on Expert Mode or higher. Each Treasure Bag has a guaranteed drop unique to the consumable itself depending on the boss that dropped it, with two exceptions. Betsy has no unique drop and the Moon Lord has three. All Treasure Bags dropped from Hardmode bosses have a 1/16 chance of containing a random set of developer items, with the sole exception of Queen Slime, of course.
Um, Actually, not all bosses drop a Treasure Bag. Despite this, Lunatic Cultist, Ogre, and Dark Mage do have unique sprites for their Treasure Bags.
In S3E15, titled Half-Wit, Doctor House treats a savant pianist, played by Jeremy Renner, and contains a B Plot about House's team falling under the impression that House has brain cancer.
Um, Actually, the savant is played by Dave Matthews.
Ryuk accidentally drops his Death Note into the human world where Light stumbles upon it. He deems the first of its rules ridiculous: the human whose name is written in this note shall die. However, the temptation is too great, and Light experiments by writing a felon's name, which disturbingly enacts his first murder.
Um, Actually, it wasn't an accident.
Hisoka Morow, an Enhancer, possesses the Transmutation Nen ability known as Bungee Gum, said to have the properties of both rubber and gum. He also has the Nen ability Texture Surprise, which is assumed to be Conjuration due to non-Nen users being able to see it.

Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Dōchū is the story of a human named Makoto Misumi who is summoned to another world by the Goddess that resides over it. Once there, however, he is cast off into the Wasteland by the Goddess because she finds him too ugly. However, to fulfill her end of the contract that summoned him, she bestowed him with an incomplete Comprehension ability, allowing him to speak the language of Demi-Humans, but removing his ability to speak the common Hyuman language.
Um, Actually, Makoto is Hyuman, not Human, because his parents were originally from the world of the Goddess.
Dark Souls features just six Great Hammers. The Demon's Great Hammer, acquired exclusively by killing the Asylum Demon on your first encounter, the Dragon Tooth, obtained from a chest in Anor Londo, Grant, rewarded for killing Paladin Leeroy in the Tomb of the Giants, the Great Club, acquired from a chest in Blighttown, the Large Club, dropped by the Infested Barbarian, and Smough's Hammer, an Ascension weapon gained by upgrading a +10 Hammer or Great Hammer with the Soul of Smough.
Um, Actually, the Demon's Great Hammer can also be acquired by trading the Sack helmet to Snuggly the Crow.
In S5E17, titled The Social Contract, Doctor House plans and hosts the bachelor party for Doctor Chase. Things are going well until Chase takes a body shot off of a stripper named Karamel that House hired after his hallucination of the dead Doctor Amber reminded him that he had hired her years ago for Doctor Wilson. When Chase suddenly goes into anaphylactic shock, House realizes that "Amber" gave him this information maliciously due to Chase having an allergy to strawberries and Karamel's usage of a strawberry body butter.
Um, Actually, that was S5E22 titled House Divided.

In the anime adaptation of Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudō the name of each episode is a prayer that gets progressively longer with each iteration. The prayers contain the names of God(s) relevant to the given episode, except for Mitama, who's name doesn't show up in a single prayer.
Um, Actually, Mitama is the only God's name that appears in any of the episode titles.

House then turns around and crashes his car straight into the wall of Cuddy's house, causing Wilson to dive out of the way and break his wrist and killing Cuddy's adopted daughter Rachel in the process.
Um, Actually, nobody but Wilson is physically injured in this confrontation.

On his deathbed was granted a final favor in the form of reincarnation so that he wouldn't die with his only regret of not reaching the true pinnacle of mastery over the blade. Despite this, he is reincarnated not only as a woman, but also as a Runeless. Inglis, also known by the nickname Chris, does not let this stop them from doing their best to truly master the blade.

In S8E22B, titled Everbody Dies, Doctor House is determined to commit suicide in the residence his patient is squatting in. He changes his mind, however, after seeing hallucinations of dead loved ones in the form of Kutner, Amber, Stacy, and Cameron. House instead fakes his death when the building explodes and goes on to spend Wilson's remaining time alive living life.
Um, Actually, Stacy and Cameron aren't dead.
