Superheroes
The Green Lanterns are an interplanetary police force in the DC Universe, based on the planet Oa. Many humans have taken on the title of Green Lantern, originating with Hal Jordan, but including John Stewart, Jessica Cruz, Simon Baz and Alan Scott.
Alan Scott is technically the first Green Lantern / Hal Jordan was not the first.
In the Disney classic "The Lion King", Simba runs away from Pride Rock after believing he was responsible for his father's death, but later returns to defeat his evil uncle Scar and personally ends Scar's life by throwing him off a cliff.
Scar dies after the hyenas turn on him, after he is thrown off a cliff.
In the musical Chicago, Roxie Hart becomes obsessed with fame after accidentally shooting her husband one night. She competes with fellow husband murderer Velma Kelly for the attention of lawyer Billy Flynn, but the two end up headlining a vaudeville tour together in the end.
Roxie Hart shoots her affair partner Fred Casely, not her husband.
The MCU featured the Mad Titan Thanos in its Infinity Saga, who hunted for the six Infinity Stones. The Space Stone was found in the cosmic Tesseract, the Time Stone was in the Eye of Agamotto, the Mind Stone was found in Loki's Scepter, the Reality Stone in the Aether of the Frost Giants, the Power Stone in a mysterious Orb, and the Soul Stone on the planet Vormir.
The Aether was a weapon created by the Dark Elves, not the Frost Giants.
In Back to the Future, Marty McFly travels back in time in a Delorean and accidentally seduces his mother. He then enlists the help of a younger Doc Brown to build a new time machine in order to return to his home time. However, they don't have sufficient plutonium to power the machine and have to wait for a lighting bolt to hit the town courthouse.
They don't build a new time machine, they just fix the Delorean.
Magneto was a formidable X-Men villain who could manipulate and generate magnetic fields. His eldest daughter, Polaris, inherited these same abilities, while the younger twins, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, had superspeed and reality manipulation as their powers.
Polaris is the youngest child, not Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
Superman, also known as Kal-El, was born on the dying planet of Krypton. Sent to Kansas as a young child, Superman harnessed his superpowers of flight, heat vision, super-hearing and much more. However, he is particularly vulnerable to magic, as well as kryptonite, a foreign material to him as it is only found on Earth.
Kryptonite is harmful to Superman as it is the radioactive remains of his home planet of Krypton.
