Judges play many roles. They interpret the law, assess the evidence presented, and control how hearings and trials unfold in their courtrooms. Most important of all, judges are impartial decision-makers in the pursuit of justice.

A bailiff is a representative of, usually the sheriff's department. A bailiff is in the courtroom to keep order, protect the parties, also usually has a number of other duties. If there's a jury, to take the jury in and out of the courtroom, they often will carry exhibits from the lawyers to a witness. Basically their job is to represent law enforcement inside the courtroom.

When and how was the Constitution created.
The Constitution was created in 1787, 11 years after the Declaration of Independence was born. The writers of the Constitution created a first draft that was known as the Articles of Confederation. Our early American leaders felt that the Articles of Confederation were too weak and then created the Constitution.

What is naturalization and the step by step process that a person must take in order to become a naturalized person.
Naturalization is a legal process over seen by the Justice Department that provides a way for immigrants to become citizens. 1. A person must enter the country legally. They must be able to do the following when they enter: A. Support themselves B. Can read and write (not in English) C. Have no diseases, drug addiction, criminal past and they are not an anarchist. 2. The legal alien must live in the country for 5 continuous years and must complete the following: A. An application B. Be able to read and write BASIC English C. Demonstrate good and moral character D. Support the order and happiness of the United States 3. There is a final hearing where they must recite an oath of allegiance.

How does a candidate win an election and become President?
In order to win in the Electoral College, a candidate needs 270 votes. If there is no winner in the Electoral College, the House of Representatives elects the President and the Senate elects the Vice-President.
