Unlike the relocation agent's obligation under residential advisory assistance to provide at least one comparable dwelling to an eligible residential displacee, the agent's obligation under nonresidential relocation assistance is to assist any person displaced from a business or farm operation to obtain and become established in this type of a replacement location.
