2 Goats (not 2 GOAT's as in Lebrons and the Cleveland Browns). 1 is the goat who is sacrificed to atone for the sins of Israel. The second is the scapegoat, which the priest would confess the sins of Israel on then cast the goat into the wilderness. The Scapegoat symbolized god's removal of sin from Israel.
