What is Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Tier 1 Universal Strategies?
This person needs to be at their line up spot to pick up their class at 9:00am and when the recess bell rings. This person will also escort to the office any student who arrives on campus before 8:40am.

When a student is causing a significant disruption or is a safety concern I follow these steps.

What are FERPA and HIPAA?
These people are mandated reporters. They must directly report to Child Protective Services or a Law Enforcement Agency at the first opportunity, but in no case longer than 48 hours after there is reasonable cause to believe the child has suffered abuse and/or neglect.

I must make a report to one of these people if a student reports "Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB)."
