The member will compare the parent number with the number on the child's tag. Give the parent the child and there belongings
What is the infant feeding policy for when parents drop off a child. the time of the childs feeding, and after feeding?
When a parent drops them off: ask/ confirm when the child needs to eat, what should they be fed (breastmilk, formula amd how much, other, label all their bottles)
At the time of feeding: review the Childs name, the nursery care sheet card for instructions on feeding, confirm that the child is receiving the correct bottle or food with the team lead/ room leader
After feeding: place the bottle back in the correct child's bag and update the nursery care card with details about the feeding
What are the check list guidelines for opening the nursery?
1. Get sign in sheets ready
2. Make sure there are enough copies of sign in sheets/nursery care sheets/activity sheets for lesson
3. Fill up and turn on bottle warmer (Nursery 1)
4. Check got paper towels, tissues, gloves. changing pads, and cleaning supplies.
