  • Look at the TFC Tentative Calendar on the T to be sure not too many folks are asking for the same dates
  • Request the time off from supervisor verbally or by email / then submit time into Ultipro if supervisor approves, Supervisor adds to the calendar on the T
  • 2 weeks prior send email to team asking for coverage (try to reach out directly to people you think would be a good match for your client)
  • Be specific with client /days/times for all your coverage needs
  • Ask for staff member to be point person on each client (who is designated ats the person confirming the visit with the parents?)
  • Send coverage details to staff and supervisor
  • Send email to collateral team members your vacation time frame and who the designated point person is with their contact info
