Small problem- I can use a strategy!

Ask to go for a walk, use a standing desk, ask for a break to get movement out, use a calming strategy like breathing, self hug, weighed object to calm, ect.

If I get started, I can see how much I can do. I can use a highlighted tracker to focus on one line of text at a time. I have been getting better with my reading, so this may be easier than I think. If I get stuck I can always ask for help. (or other helpful thoughts!)
