Call poison control, 911, save label, estimate amount ingested, time consumed, don't make self throw up unless advised to.

1- wash with soap and water and apply ice
2- remove with tweezers/ card (depending on type of bug)
What are heat cramps?
Painful muscle spasms from excessive sweating in hot weather or from strenuous activity.
