Student delives repeated disrespectful messages to another person that includes threats, intimidation, obscene gestures, pictures, or written notes.

Student repeatedly engages in sustained (or high-intensity) failure to respond to staff requests causing disruption and creating an unsafe environment for others.

Students engages in sustained or high intensity disruption. Behavior causing an interruption in a class activity.

Student engages in non-serious, but innappropriate physical contact where injury may occur.

Negative comments based on race, religion, gender, age, physical appearance, national origin; sustained or intense verbal attacks based on ethnic origin, disabilities, or other personal matters.
