How old does a child need to be to experience an attraction by themselves? If underage, how can they ride?
WHAT IS: 7 years old. Guests under 7 must be accompanied by a responsible Guest who is at least 14.
What would you do if you were Tower and a Signal 25 Alarm went off?
1. Press the Signal 25 Button
2. Stop loading Guests
3. Cycle out the attraction
4. Notify Coordinator/Leader
5. Call 911
If you dispatch the attraction and as it starts you hear an unusual grinding metal noise, what would you do?
WHAT IS: Stop ride motion immediately
If a Guest exits the ride vehicle and informs you that their restraint (lap bar/seat belt/vehicle door) came loose/malfunctioned during the ride, what would you do?
1. Immediately remove the row/seat/vehicle from service.
2. Ask the Guests if they can wait to speak to a Coordinator or Leader.
When walking the ride path during pre-opening, what 3 areas must you visually verify are clear?
1. The physical track/ride path where the vehicles travel.
2. The space occupied by a vehicle while in motion, in all directions.
3. The area adjacent to the track/ride path.
During the track walk if you find an item that is a part, tool, or item that is not easily reachable or removable, what should you do?
1. Do not remove the item.
2. Place an X on the checklist and immediately notify a Coordinator/GEM.
