You are at UPark Sand volleyball on Monday night. You have one game at 7pm. Team A shows up with 7 players. Team B shows up with 2 Players. What do you do in the moment, and after your shift on IMLeagues?

Team B doesn't have enough players, so it is a forfeit (you can let them play for fun if you'd like). On IMLeagues, mark forfeit, 2.0 SR and 3.5 SR for respective teams, and mark appropriate attended participants

For Outdoor Soccer at JCF, there is an open competitive league that plays Sundays, 7/8pm (hypothetically, no other leagues/games are happening this night at JCF). Team A and B play at 7pm, while team C and D play at 8pm. Team A and C both email before 4pm that they are defaulting their games. What should you do in regard to IMLeagues, emails, and groupme/texting?

IMLeagues: change opponents so A and C and B and D are now playing each other. Move B and D to 7pm game, and A and C to 8pm game with a double default. Email: email A and C with normal default email and inform B and D about their new opponent and time change. GroupMe/Text: inform site manager and officials that they only have one game at 7pm.

A team emails you that their IMLeagues score for the previous night was incorrect, and that the wrong team was given the win. What should you do?

Verify with the game sheet in the filing cabinet. If their email matches the game sheet, change score. If it does not, ask SM who worked that night if they remember.

Judgment call: out of bounds vs not out of bounds. Rule Enforcement: male rushing through the line in FF when he can’t. Reasons: disagreement with rule enforcement, checked in but not marked as played, and too many sports club players on a roster.
