In a futsal penalty shootout, the shooter completely stops on their run-up before shooting. However, the goalie comes off their line completely before the ball is kicked, and makes the save that would have otherwise gone in. What is the call?

No, it must be touched by the kicking team or returned by the receiving team and de-flagged.
You are working smith office with another co-worker. It is dead, and no one has come in for a while. You have already done your counts and whatnot. Your team is playing on rogers right now. Your scheduled until close, and no one could cover your last hour while your game is happening. Can you play?

You are working softball, and it is a packed night of games being played back-to-back-to-back. Team A is beating Team B 8-5. It is extra innings, and Team A has just finished batting in the top of the 8th. The 50 minute time limit has just been reached, and players for the next game want to get on the field to warm up. Have the bottom inning be played. There is no time limit for playoffs.
It is the championship of softball. Extra innings, bottom of the 9th. Tied game. There is one baserunner on third, one out. The batter hits a foul ball that goes out of the "playing area" of the field, and is caught by the 1st baseman. What happens?
Every base runner advances one spot, so the game is over, batting team wins

It is the quarterfinals for softball. Team A is playing Team B. Team B only has 7 players show up, and it is 9 minutes past their start time. They want to know if they can ask someone from the previous game to play with them, just for this game, so that they do not forfeit. Team A is also willing to give them one of their players. What is your decision?
No, and forfeit. There are no nomads, roster changes/additions, etc. once playoffs start.

For playoff flag football, there are two games happening at once; one on field 1, one on field 2. One team from each field does not show up. We are left with one team present from each field there, ready to play. Can we match them up and have a game started? Why or why not?
No. In the regular season, this is allowed, but in the playoffs, they would both get the win and move to the next round. Otherwise, this messes up the bracket.
