I made an incentive plan last week to get 1 bag of chips if I go to 3 groups a week.

This week I had to go to 4 groups to get 1 bag.

Next week I have to go to 5 groups to get 1 bag.

Why is the number changing? I thought the goal of incentive plans was to just do things for rewards?Should I stop going to group 4 times a week and expect to get chips if I go 3 times again?

The number is changing because incentive plans are for you to work on your goals.

If you reached your goal of 3 groups/1 chip last week, your new goal would be 4 groups/1 chip this week. When you master that goal it will be 5 group/1chip and so on until you go to all groups every week without needing an incentive.

Incentives support your goals. You will need to pick something you need support in as a goal, not something you already do.
