Drinking and the use of illicit substances has gotten out of control.  I'm still working but I'm about to get fired due to use and received my second DUI, also I often drink until I pass out, CPS had been called.  I make an appointment with Delphi Rise, during my intake I admit my use has gotten out of control and I need help.
