TT-B1, once with necessary feed back and mapping corrections
B2 and up, twice; once to go up, get feedback, swim-it back.
Where should a swimmers arms go while doing back skills?
At their sides, if doing safety backstroke arms they should be small arms, not going out to a 'T'
