A brain bully is a bully that lives in our minds and tells us negative things which can make us feel sad, worried, or distressed.

Following the rules without being told, making good decisions, caring about yourself and others, accepting the consequences of my actions

high fives, air fives, thumbs up, fist bump, use our words (good job, nice work, etc.),
