The Lord has established sources for His children to obtain spiritual knowledge and guidance. Sources include Christ's light, the Holy Spirit, the scriptures, parents, and Church leaders. Today, the Lord's prophets are the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. These are the individuals God has chosen to speak for Him today.
