False! Sometimes our brains think we are in danger, even if we aren't. When this happens, our brains respond in 1 of 4 ways: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

Facts can be proven, thoughts are usually guesses, ideas, predictions, or memories

Both! Fear can help us stay away from things that could hurt us, but sometimes fear can also keep us from fun, challenging, or exciting things that can't actually hurt us, and can keep us stuck in our comfort zones.
