Why does Bill hodgettes wear a hard plastic cover on his nose with a roller blade attatched at the tip?
He wears the cover so when its dragging behind him and people step on it it doesnt hurt and the roller blade is for when it is on the ground it doesnt scrape against the concrete it simpl y glides across the surface
