Every clever plan we had was met with a cleverer defense, and the smallest opponent seemed to anticipate our every move.
By the end of the night, our luck ran out: the authorities arrived, and we were finally arrested. It was a harsh lesson, and one we weren’t likely to forget anytime soon—but I have to admit, we’ll never forget just how creative someone so small could be.
