What is the process of conducting an involuntary discharge?
Notify the client that they will be discharged from the program. Depending on the severity of the incident, a Service Restriction form must be completed. Complete a case note outlining the events of the discharge, complete the discharge disposition repot on SMIS. Provide the client with a presto token and/or taxi chit.
