When the mm do not have a physical card for several reasons can be activate the temporary card. And when the mm has a new account meanwhile the new card arrive to the mm can be activate through the chime app. (only works for online purchases)
Can we close a Chime account if the mm balance is in negative?
No we can't the balance has to be in zero or if the mm has a positive balance we send a check with those funds.
As the transfer posted instantly, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
We can offer the mm that contact the person who transfer the money, if the mm doesn't know the user we have to escalate to dispute Written.
