This is a good position for women with large breast or c-section mothers
Hold your baby along the opposite arm from the breast your are nursing from. Rotate his/her body so baby’s chest and tummy are directly facing you.
Support baby’s head with the palm of your hand at the base of his/her head. Do not touch the back of baby’s head.
Baby is has a mouthful of breast, especially the areola (the underneath part of the darker skin around the nipple).
As you breastfeed, support your breast by using your free hand to support your breast with a ___ hold or ___V-hold
