Where to customers go online to enroll?
Customers will initiate enrollment in QuillPLUS by clicking on the "Join Today" button appearing in the header on the Quill.com home page. Note, they will not be provided this option if they are not a recognized customer.
Can Redemption items be returned for a different item or to have QPoints added back into the available balance?
No, all sales are final on merchandise, QuillCASH and other rewards purchased with QPoints. If an item is defective or damaged a replacement of the same item will be sent.

Within 3 minutes of submitting an order from the Redemption Center, your customer will see the QPoints status “pending” and the QPoints will be deducted from their available balance. The QPoints will be deducted from their available balance in OIM when their order is released from OES.
