Emotional is accepting yourself for you are and dealing with your feelings appropriately.

The social side is showing respect to others,being dependable, getting and giving supports, and be a good person to socialize with.

The physical side is your outside self. You need to have good hygiene, 8-9 hours of sleep, a well balanced diet, and enough excersice.

Be careful of what you eat, check the amount of sweetners used, how many grams of sugar per serving, and if this is a reasonable amount of sugar and if you think it is healthy and what your doctor would suggest.

Check the main ingredient used by going to the ingredients list. The first word on the list is the ingredient that was most needed for that food.

Serving Sizes are important too. Some brands show a very small serving size, but people usually take more than that. Make sure to make a reasonable serving size then add up all the calories and see if this is a reasonable amount of sugar, calories, etc.
