Are test takers allowed to move back and forth through each section of the TOEFL PDT?
Each section has a time limit. If you finish a section early, you can go back within that section until time is called. However, you cannot work on a different section until you are directed to do so.

Scores are valid for 2 years, IBT is the exact date and PDT is 2 years from month and year, no more than once in a 12 day period

What is the reinstatement procedure?
60 days from test day, by mail or fax and phone as an exception. payment $20, results within 3 weeks, email confirmation, viewed under view orders
How can a TT update incorrect information on the admin ticket?
The corrections must be given to the test administrator on the day of the test
