How should I advise a client to transport a bird to the office?
Secure carrier or cage, regulate the car temperature, call from the parking lot to announce their arrival so can be moved directly to a room to reduce the stress of the bird.
How do we determine whether to transfer a patient or transfer a record into another client account?
If the patient does not exist in the new account, transfer the patient (therefore it's records)
If the patient exists in both accounts, transfer the records ONLY.
