Quarter GPA falls under 2.0 while on probation
Not clearing probation within 2 quarters
What occurs during weeks 5-7 when dropping non-impacted courses
20$ fee and a transcript notation; can be done on MyUCLA
What happens during the third ECP shortage?
Need to talk to a college academic counselor and create a program plan
What is a green petition used for and what are its implications?
Drop a class during weeks 8-10, you get 3 of them, need signature from professor
What are the implications of STD?
3 quarter contract
Need 3 quarters of good standing afterwards
What happens when you drop a non impacted course during weeks 8-10?
35$ fee, green petition, transcript notation
What happens during the fourth ECP shortage?
Need to make an ECP appeal and degree plan contract
What is a red petition used for and what are it's implications?
Dropping an impacted class or dropping a class during finals week. Need signature from professor and only under extraordinary circumstances ( severe illness, death in family etc... )
How do you get dismissed for reasons besides GPA?
Increased negative GPB deficit or never getting rid of it
Not meeting readmission terms or dismissal appeals (BRP)
2 subsequent quarters of withdrawal
What happens when you try to drop an impacted course after week 2?
$20 fee, need to use a red petition, and get a transcript notation

What is a blue petition and what can it be used for?
Exceeding unit max(216)
Waiving major or senior residency
