What is a cross-zone?
dispatch will not take place unless two different sensor types are triggered within a 10 minute period. If an alarm is set for Cross Zone the monitoring station will call the customer under different circumstances than normal. If one sensor causes an alarm and it is not followed by another within 10 minutes, the monitoring center will call to inform the customer of the alarm event but will not dispatch the police. If two sensors are triggered within 10 minutes of each other the monitoring center will proceed as it would normally and dispatch the police.
The customer wants to be called 3 times before dispatching police how do we do this?

ss3 - Can mimic door chimes and entry/exit delay beeps. ss2 can only mimic the entry.
