To have a good analysis one must be able to analyze their topic without having a biased opinion. You also need to be able to compare the topic to something relevant. There also needs to an argument provided and evidence to support it.

Having a good claim and being able to provide ample evidence to back it up. Providing evidence for all sides is important but also being able to prove or provide evidence why one side is stronger or a better decision that the others.

Interpretation is uses context and critical analysis to explain the meaning of a text. For example when reading a text the way you understand it would be your interpretation of the text. To interpret a text you would have to read and examine the text to see the pattern of language and content and also understand the meaning or reason for the text.
