While competing against Carter Lucas on a crisp September morning in the final match of the 2022 Club Championship, Mike McNamara (ultimate gift giver) sends his 3rd shot on #18 West all the way over the scoreboard to where we set the tables up for the position round for the invite. The physical scoreboard is in the line of play but is not impeding his stance or swing. He and Carter both know that because his stance and swing are not impeded, that he is not entitled to relief. Mike and Carter cannot find a rules official handy. Him and Carter are not super fond of that rule anyways because they think it is unfair, so they agree to waive the rule and allow Mike to take relief and drop a ball two club lengths away no closer to the hole. While hitting his next shot, an acorn falls on his ear and knocks his hearing aid out. His ball lands a 3 feet from the hole. Carter makes par (4), and concedes Mike's putt for par. Mike does not hear the concession because his hearing aid isn't in so he taps the putt and misses. He makes the following putt. What is the score outcome for each player on this hole?
