June 15 is a hard deadline; the 180 tool cannot be reopened after then.

NO.
A feedback report will generate only after 3 or more reviewers submit reviews. For this reason, managers are encouraged to add 6-8 reviewers to each of their reviewees lists. Degan's manager will need to ensure that Degan's list includes other employees she works closely with.

No. The report is intended for the reviewee’s manager only. Instead, managers should identify key themes and messages to share verbally with the reviewee during an upcoming 1-on-1 conversation or during the interim conversation.
A feedback report summarizing key themes will be generated for reviewees. This report will have high-level themes, and none of the commentary from the manager report.

180 degree feedback is confidential and anonymous. How is this possible?
The feedback report is only ever published to the manager's EVAL profile. This report contains ratings and distributions of responses per statement per reviewee. It also contains aggregated written feedback across direct reports, and across stakeholders.
The report that the reviewee receives only contains averages of the feedback statements; it does not include any commentary.
