1.  As the king and his men visit the different cities, Flapoon and Spittleworth are not treated to the same luxury as the kings. They do not like this. 

2. They do not help King Fred when he is pleading for his friends to help him, as he sinks into the marsh. Only Major Beamish and Roach come to his aid.

Explain assimilation and give an example. 

The first Prime Minister of Canada wanted to remove all Inuit, Métis and First Nations people from their land, in order to make them confirm to what he and other descendants of Europe, thought was "Canadian" culture. Assimilate is when a dominant group forces a minority group to drop its own culture to join the dominant one's.
