There are nine troubleshooting steps for piano, what are four of those steps?
Make sure the piano iPad is charged
Make sure the piano is plugged into a power source.
Close out of the Spirio app and restart it.
iPad settings< Bluetooth< does it show connected to the Spirio?
Volume toggle switch on the actual ipad, make sure it's all the way up to 100%, which can also be found within the Spirio App settings at the Output Signal and Device.
Unplug the bluetooth device under the piano from the power source for “10 Mississippi’s” and plug back in. Then reconnect to iPad bluetooth.
Make sure two plugs going to the Bluetooth button under the piano are fully connected and is a solid blue light.
Open the Spirio app > Settings > Catalog > Sync Now.
Close/re-open the app, and it should sync.
