What are the Chapter Officers elected in the odd year?
When any member of the Chapter attends the Executive Board meeting, but only Executive Board members vote.

What are the current Basileus and Anti-Basilei and former Chapter Basilei?
A graduate candidate who is the daughter, granddaughter, adopted daughter, stepdaughter, or legal ward of an active or deceased soror.
What is a Legacy Candidate?
(1) Membership in the Chapter for at least three (3) years preceding the election.
(2) Attendance at 8 out of 10 Chapter meetings in the 12-month period immediately prior to the election.
(3) Attendance at one (1) International Conference and one (1) Regional Conference within the four (4) years preceding the election.
(4) Chairman or Co-Chairman of at least one (1) standing committee or membership on two (2) committees.
What are the requirements to be a delegate to International Conferences?

This group meets on the first Monday of each month except July and August, unless otherwise agreed upon by a majority of the members.

She shall be responsible for the efficient operation and management of the Chapter.
Who is the Anti Basileus for Operations?
She shall be responsible for sending an account of chapter activities to the Ivy Leaf, the International Publication of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She shall serve as chairman of the Public Relations/Publicity Committee.
Who is the Ivy Leaf Reporter?
The number of consecutive terms that an officer of the Executive Board shall serve in the same office.
What is two (2)?
When the Basileus and the Executive Board determines if Chapter meetings will be postponed, and notifies the membership no later than 7 a.m. the day of the meeting.
What is Inclement Weather?
Unless otherwise noted, serves no more than two (2) consecutive terms in the
same office.

She shall receive all monies due to the Chapter and issue receipts.
Who is the Pecunious Grammateus?
An officer that has three (3) absences during any given year of her term of office does this.
