How does a team "own" a goal?
In-person or skills: Have their color as the top ball in a goal (it must sit under the upper edge of the top ring).
Live remote event: You and your alliance partner's scores for that goal add up to more than your opponents' scores for that goal.
Skills Stop Times (finishing skills faster than 1 minute) are used as tie breakers. If you want your Skills Stop Time to count, what is one thing you must do?
1) Opt-In; Tell the referee you want to use Skills Stop Times before beginning the match
2) Come up with an agreed upon signal to notify the referee to stop the clock (must be both verbal and visual)
If you are competing in a live remote event, is your team allowed to "step off camera" to make a repair to the robot when you are not the team competing?
No, all robots, controllers, competition field(s), and drive team members must stay in front of the camera at all times.
