A popular practice, especially in Asia and Africa, that results in innocent animals killed for luxury resources.

The general term for an animal that hunts smaller animal for food.
What is a predator?
To remove for good/forever.
What is to eradicate?
A person or a thing that causes great annoyance to others.
What is irksome?
When someone finds it incredibly difficult to adapt to a new situation.
What is fish out of water?
A person who actively takes part in protests and boycotts against animal cruelty.
What is an animal activist?
Nature’s process where a small animal is the food for a larger animal which, in turn, is the food for an even larger animal.
What is a food-chain?
A specific group of domestic animals that look similar, have quite the same behavioural patterns, and/or other characteristics that distinguish it from other organisms of the same species.

A person who seems to always find something to critique. Someone who is detail-oriented but in a negative way.

The most difficult part of a job, that is often boring, so it requires the most tenacity.

A practice where a vast number of animals are kept in small spaces to maximise the profit of the meat industry.

A community of living organisms in conjunction with the non-living components of their environment, interacting as a system.

An innate typically fixed pattern of behaviour in animals (including human) in response to certain events or stimuli.

A person who is unusual and unique in an attractive way.
What is quirky?
To admit defeat and walk away from a difficult situation, feeling ashamed of oneself.

A controversial, but highly sought-after material, used for making jewellery and carvings.

The total mass of living things that are native in one particular area.

Something that is firmly fixed and well established, that we would have hard time changing, usually in the cultural aspect.

An adjective that possibly shares it’s etymological roots with the name of the Latin Goddess of the Moon.

A secretive person that occasionally surprises others with their skills and achievements, it’s like they happen out of the blue.
What is a dark horse?
A practice that is mostly native to Japan and Iceland that could result in the extinction of the largest mammal in the world.

The progeny, or young, born to a person or an animal. In a larger sense, it means all the descendants collectively.
